Ben Nye has 10+ years experience in capital markets as an investor and analyst. He has an undergraduate degree from University of Washington's Foster School of Business and an MBA from Emory's Goizueta Business School. Nye Consulting is his solution to help small and medium sized businesses and owners reach their goals by adding his expertise and network to their knowledge of the business.
Method, Process, Performance
The Nye Consulting Team will establish the goals for the business (growth, cash flow, profitability, transaction/sale) as well as problems/frustrations facing the business.
After performing analysis, the client will receive a no-risk proposal that includes: 1) Identifiable Problem, 2) The Plan, 3) Baseline projections, 4) Reasonable impact on baseline projections.

At this point, the client and Nye Consulting will negotiate appropriate hurdles. Only after these are hurdles are achieved (all above baseline) will the profit share take place. In other words, we are partners; the only way we do better is if you are doing better than before.
